We love your children, but due to space restrictions we cannot accommodate guests under age 18 outside of those in our wedding party. We appreciate your understanding.

Yes. Black-Tie Optional. We ask that men wear a tuxedo or a dark suit and tie and women wear an evening gown or midi or knee-length cocktail dress. How often do you get the chance to get all decked out and have a blast?

There will be complimentary on site valet parking provided at the venue. You will pull up to the front of the house and the valet will meet you there.

The ceremony and reception will be outside behind the beautiful Heitman House. If there should be rain, we will have a tent outside. There is access to the inside of the Heitman House throughout the reception if you need a break from the sun.

We'll be serving hors d'oeuvres at cocktail hour followed by a sit-down dinner. Please let us know if you have special dietary needs with your RSVP so we can be sure we communicate with our catering team.

Yes! Open bar during cocktail hour and reception. No shots or ''neat" will be served...sorry, not sorry!

We are asking for donations to a local charity that is near and dear to us, in lieu of gifts. Stay tuned for more information.

Please arrive between 4:45 and 5:15 pm to give yourself time to get to your seat comfortably. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30 and the bride will be in the home awaiting the processional.

We would really like for our guests to put away, silence or turn off all of their devices for the duration of the ceremony. We have an amazing photography and videography team that will do an amazing job! After the ceremony, game on! Take all of the photos and more. We will have a QR available that will allow all of your photos to be shared with us and we would love for you to blow it up!
